BRIDAL SHOP POLICY

The Bride’s Choice does not accept any returns or exchanges for any online orders.

Normal shipping delivery of gowns can range from immediate shipment to 24 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Rush orders are possible (at an extra cost).

The Bride’s Choice is not responsible for any customer requests of size changes after an order is placed. Exact body measurements must be given at the time of order.

Price and Payment Terms

Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Orders are not binding upon The Bride’s Choice until accepted by The Bride’s Choice. Any price quotations given by The Bride’s Choice will be valid for the period stated on the quotation, with the exception that The Bride’s Choice reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes, which will be added. The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties, and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

Damages

We recommend you inspect your package for damage before accepting it. If your package appears to have incurred damage in shipping you would be advised not to accept the parcel. If you have already received the package and then notice the damage, make sure that you keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours to report the damage and request a returns authorization number.
